The Winner! Gagnant! Express Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (“OLG”). OLG is referred to in these Official Rules and Regulations as the “Sponsor”. The Contest is managed and administered by ZoomerMedia Limited. (the “Contest Administrator”), acting on behalf of the Sponsor for the purposes of this Contest. Collectively, the Sponsor and Contest Administrator are referred to as the “Contest Parties”.
The Contest commences on August 17, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on August 21, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Entry Period”). By entering this Contest, entrants accept and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsor (and where the Sponsor designates, the Contest Administrator), which are final, binding (without right of appeal) and conclusive on all matters related to this Contest.
1.1 This Contest is open to residents of Ontario, Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, associated and affiliated entities, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies including the Reviewer, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest.
1.2 In the event that an individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, the Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the individual from participating in this Contest.
2.1 The odds of winning depends on the total number of all Entries submitted and received during the Contest Entry Period in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations.
3.1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter this Contest, Eligible Participants must navigate to https://www.blogto.com/contests/, select the Contest, fill in the required information into the online form, acknowledge their acceptance to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and click Submit Entry. Upon successful completion of this the requirements set out in this section 3.1, an Eligible Participant will earn one entry into the Contest (“Entry”).
3.2 Any Entry that does not conform with the entry requirements set out in Section 3.1 to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor or Contest Administrator, in their sole and absolute discretion, is subject to immediate disqualification.
3.3 Eligible Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Entry during the Contest Entry Period.
3.4 The Sponsor or Contest Administrator reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (a) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (b) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and legitimacy of an Entry entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; or (c) for any other reason the Sponsor or Contest Administrator deem necessary, in their sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor or Contest Administrator.
3.5 If it is discovered by the Sponsor or Contest Administrator (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to use multiple names, identities, email addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Contest, then they may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor or Contest Administrator. Any Entry may be rejected if, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor or Contest Administrator, the online entry form is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received during the Contest Entry Period in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations. The Released Parties (defined in Section 7.2) are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entries, (all of which are void). All Entries become the property of Sponsor.
4.1 There is a total of one (1) Grand Prize available to be won in this Contest as set out in more detail in this Section 4. The Grand Prize draw will take place after the end of the Contest Entry Period from the total number of Entries received during the Contest Entry Period.

The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $800 CAD.
Selection of concert seat location is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of concert under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must abide by all venue policies. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Event. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to Live Nation’s Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your Event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should the Event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
4.2 Entries submitted and received during the Contest Entry Period in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations for the Grand Prize will be entered into the applicable draw to be held in Toronto, ON after the Contest Entry Period Deadline noted above. One (1) eligible entrant will be selected by an electronic random draw from among all eligible Contest Entries submitted.
5.1 The Contest Administrator will attempt to contact the selected entrant at the email address provided with their registration information following the date of the applicable draw. The selected entrant must reply within 48 hours of being notified. Prize claiming details will be provided at the time of contact.
5.2 If the selected entrant fails to reply within 48 hours from the time the email was sent by the Contest Administrator, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, then they may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator and/or Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the applicable Prize) and the Contest Administrator and/or Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select another entrant (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected entrant).
5.3 If no confirmed winner is declared after five (5) entrants are selected in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations, then the applicable Prize will not be awarded in this Contest.
6.1 By entering this Contest, each Eligible Participant acknowledges and authorize the Contest Parties to use collected personal information for the purpose, or consistent purpose, of administrating the Contest in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy on https://www.olg.ca/en/privacy-and-cookie-policy.html and the Contest Administrator’s Privacy Policy on https://www.zoomermedia.ca/legal-privacy-policy/.
7.1 Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, assignment or transfer of a prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
7.2 The selected entrant acknowledges that the Sponsor and all involved advertising and promotional agencies, the Contest Administrator, Live Nation Canada, Inc. (“Live Nation”), other suppliers providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this Contest, anyone else involved in the development or execution of this Contest, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of their respective shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assignees (the “Released Parties”) have not been made, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.
7.3 Before being declared a confirmed winner, the selected entrant will be required to sign and return within two (2) business days of receipt a declaration and release form, which (among other things): (a) confirms compliance with the Official Rules and Regulations (b) acknowledges acceptance of the applicable prize (as awarded); (c) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, their participation therein and the awarding of the applicable prize; (d) agrees to the publication, reproduction or other use of their name, address, voice, statements about the Contest or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet; and (e) requires the eligible selected entrant to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without the use of any mechanical aid in order to be named the winner and receive the applicable prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternative test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law. If the selected entrant: (a) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time; (b) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the applicable prize (as awarded) for any reason; (c) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question: and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of the Official Rules and Regulations (all as determined by the Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion), then they may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the applicable prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select an alternative entry (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected entrant). The Released Parties are not responsible for contacting an entrant who provided incorrect or incomplete information.
7.4 Any and all expenses or other requirements associated with the Prize not expressly provided herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Without limiting the foregoing, the winner is responsible for travel and accommodation costs and arranging transportation to and from the game venue.
8.1 BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST AND YOUR PARTICIPATION THEREIN AND TO INDEMNIFY THE RELEASED PARTIES AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THE ENTRY COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES. THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING: (I) THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY; (II) PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITIES; (III) ANY USE, COLLECTION, STORAGE AND DISCLOSURE OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION; AND/OR (IV) IF DECLARED THE WINNER, ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE). THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT OTHERWISE FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULES. THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY SHALL CONTINUE IN FORCE FOLLOWING THE TERMINATION OF THE CONTEST AND/OR AWARDING OF ANY PRIZE.
8.2 The Sponsor and Contest Administrator reserve the right to terminate, suspend, modify or withdraw this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice. The Sponsor and Contest Administrator also reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates the Official Rules and Regulations or otherwise acts in a disruptive manner. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sponsor and/or Contest Administrator may declare ineligible any individual who, in the Sponsor’s or the Contest Administrator’s sole judgment does not otherwise meet eligibility requirements or is otherwise in breach of these Official Rules and Regulations.
8.3 The Sponsor and Contest Administrator reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in the Official Rules and Regulations, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, Entry with the Official Rules and Regulations, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion, affects the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in the Official Rules and Regulations, or for any other reason. The Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Official Rules and Regulations, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. If due to printing, production, online, internet, computer, technical or other error of any kind whatsoever, more prizes are claimed than intended to be distributed or awarded according to these Official Rules and Regulations, then, in addition to having the right to terminate the Contest immediately, the Sponsor and Contest Administrator reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to rescind invalid prize claims and/or conduct a random draw from amongst all eligible prize claimants to award the applicable prize.
8.4 Any individual who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest or to alter or damage the Contest website may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties and fines. The Sponsor and Contest Administrator reserve the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.5 The Released Parties will not be liable for the failure of any Entry or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason.
8.6 The Released Parties assume no responsibility for: Entries or other information lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected; or for the failure, interruption or delay of any mail or email or other communication to be received, for any reason; any computer viruses, time bombs, logic bombs and any other implanted devices of a like or similar nature that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest; problems with the function of any website or website feature howsoever caused; the malfunction of, or damage caused to, any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, data or software, online systems, servers or access providers; any functionality lost due to not having cookies enabled; traffic congestion on the Internet; the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks; for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer “hackers”; or any combination thereof, as a result of participation in this Contest.
9.1 Third Party Terms. Eligible Participants understand and acknowledge that each component of the Prize and the use thereof may be subject to a separate set of third-party terms and conditions, including but not limited to rules, regulations, restrictions, terms and conditions indicated on any tickets associated with the Prize, in force at the venue hosting each event, and any health and safety polices or protocols associated with any of the foregoing (e.g., COVID-19 testing requirements, vaccination requirements and proof, social distancing requirements, requirements for face coverings, etc.) (“Third Party Terms”). The Eligible Winner is responsible for determining the Third Party Terms applicable to the Prize (or component thereof) and their use thereof and hereby agrees to comply with such applicable Third Party Terms. OLG does not make and expressly disclaims any representations or warranties with respect to any Prize component and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability to a winner for any Prize component. The winner and guest are solely responsible for complying with Third Party Prize Terms; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
9.2 All Entries become the property of the Sponsor. This Contests is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decision the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest is final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of Entries and/or entrants. By participating in this Contest, entrants are agreeing to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of the Official Rules and Regulations. Anyone determined to be in violation of these Official Rules and Regulations for any reason is subject to disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor at any time.
9.3 If the identity of a participant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the Entry in question will be deemed to be the participant for the purposes of the Contest. The individual assigned to the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Entry in question, and is otherwise required to meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Official Rules and Regulations.
9.4 The first name and last initial and city of the Grand Prize winners may be posted, published, or announced on the Sponsor’s websites, contest website and/or other media for up to twelve (12) months after the selected entrant is confirmed as the winner.
9.5 In the event of any conflict with any provisions contained in these Official Rules and Regulations or Contest details contained in any form of promotional material or media (“Contest Materials”), these Official Rules and Regulations shall prevail, govern and control to the extent of the conflict.
9.6 Draw dates and times are subject to change without notice.
9.7 These Official Rules and Regulations govern this Contest and must be complied with. By agreeing to participate in the Contest, all participants agree to comply with, and be legally bound by these Official Rules and Regulations.
10. Live Nation is not a Sponsor of the Contest, and is in no way responsible for the administration of the Contest, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing.
