Himalayan Java is a Nepalese inspired coffee shop chain that recently landed its first Canadian location at Yonge & Eglinton. This fare trade coffee company brews organic coffee beans into its Americanos, Affogatos and other caffeinated drinks. There are also plenty of food items on the menu including pancakes and Panini.
