New fusion bakery melds European and Asian flavours
The first Canadian flagship of this high-end, boutique bakery from the Taiwanese company behind bubble tea chain Chatime has opened in North York. While Chinese bakery staples like pork floss buns and sausage rolls can be found here, there are also intriguing fusion offerings like kimchi-and-cream-cheese French breads and baguettes covered in fish roe and wasabi mayo.
