Cult bakery opens storefront in Kensington Market
A cult bakery has finally found a permanent nest in the former Cobs space in Kensington Market. Formerly only available at farmers' markets and select Toronto locations (like new neighbours Sanagan's Meat Locker), the sourdough breads, focaccia and baguettes made with organic Canadian heritage flour are now easily accessible to the bakery's flocks of fans.
