Ramen Toronto

New ramen joint churns out noodles with $40K machine

From the imported chopsticks, spoons and porcelain bowls to the $40,000 noodle-making machine, this new ramen joint on Queen West is serious about its soup. And it shows - while I find the broth at most Toronto ramen places either too salty or too bland, here the chicken base is just right.
