Originally opened in the Junction back in 2008, Crema has steadily increased its presence with three additional locations spread across the city. Now in its fifth year, the company is on the cusp of opening its own roasting facility, Propeller Coffee Co. The 7,000 square foot west end roastery will include a cupping lab, kitchen and cafĂŠ. And that's not where the expansion plans end, either.
