Cupcakes are pretty nice. Vodka can do even nicer things to your brain. Hmmm. What would happen if you combined the two? By way of further proof that we've reached the end of history, a new bakery/bar in Toronto is doing just that: vodka martinis garnished with tiny little cupcakes.
