New deli known for kimchi sausage and bacon jam
This beloved farmers' market staple has finally opened up a storefront in Kensington Market, and the small shop sports pickled goods (including an old-school 'fermentation station'), pates and rilettes (bacon jam, anyone?), tourtieres, and of course, the creative sausage and meat flavours it's known for (think kimchi sausage). There's also a (not exactly true-to-form) banh mi on offer.
