Ultra Supperclub is history. The swank resto-lounge that replaced Queen West icon The Bamboo many moons ago underwent a major facelift this winter. With a new name, a new look and a new sound-system, Charles Khabouth's new playground for the bottle service crowd ushered in its first customers this weekend.
