It's not quite yogurt, although, you'd be easily fooled. With natural probiotics and other health benefits, kefir is commonly consumed in European countries, especially in Russia. But in Toronto, aside from a growing list of grocery and health food stores, you can now find it adorned and prepared in FroYo, smoothies, waffles, parfaits and more, at a little PATH shop at Bay and Adelaide.
