Where to get a free (or almost free) haircut in Toronto
Of the various places to learn to cut hair in Toronto, this prime spot on Avenue Road in Yorkville is undoubtedly the most prominent. And while students here might just be learning the ropes, there are few better places to stop by when money is tight and salon quality (or something like it) is what's desired.
