Where to get 'trifecta' coffee in Toronto
Named for the traditional measure of coffee used to pull the perfect shot, this new Yorkville cafe has gone beyond espresso shots to also offer coffee made using its Trifecta machine, which uses controlled air and water to brew each individual cup. Confused? Well, if you like Clover coffee, you'll probably like this. If not, though, there's also cold drip, pour over, regular brewed, and espresso coffees to sip while you watch the full immersion brewing in action.
