Gnocchi poutine with oxtail gravy
Toronto has become somewhat of a poutine mad city over the past few years and we need look no further than this Liberty Village restaurant for further indication of that. In a twist to Quebec's classic dish we now have poutine with a different kind of potato smothered with melting cheese curds and salty oxtail gravy.
