Liberty Village gets its cheese store

Marc Thuet couldn't get his gourmet food store to work in Liberty Village, but two vets of Olympic Cheese in the St. Lawrence Market have taken over part of the former space and launched the neighbourhood's first dedicated cheese store. Say goodbye to boring cheese at the Metro. This place stocks 130 varieties of artisan and hard to find cheese including a whole display case of Canadian options.
