The UrbanDog doggy daycare and spa fits in perfectly with the industrial chiq aesthetic that can be found in the adjacent Distillery District. Professional grooming packages start at $35 with a report card for your pooch, or you can DIY starting at $20. UrbanDog boasts a "playcare" philosophy put to practice in their 7,500 square foot facility. Add to that a loyalty program for dog food (the Diner's Club), and the urban dogs that hit UrbanDog have it made in the shade.

Having Rico (my 4 year old Doberman) play and play and play all day with his buddies is heaven on earth for him(and me!). Susan and Eric are the very knowledgeable and hands-on owners. Their staff are absolutely incredible. Friendly dog-lovers that also enjoy what they do.
The fees for an all-day play care are extremely reasonable.(all day is actually all day.:.Mon to Fri is from as early as 7 a.m. to pick up as late as 8p.m.The facilities are huge for the big dogs and the smaller dogs have their own seperate area too. Toy forts and play areas and balls galore teamed up with a closed circuit web cam so you can watch your friend from anywhere in the world makes this place #1! bar none.
Their food and treat and clothing and beds are stocked in the front area. Their grooming is professional and ergonomic for both your pet and the groomer. Oh,and one last benefit: Sleepovers! for your pet, not you. They also are affiliated with a terrific obedience/training on site evening school.
take a look at this place and you won't go elsewhere.
I took my puppy there once a few months back. They are pricey, Yes, but their service was amazing. Very friendly, very clean and they groomed him exactly as I asked. I thought they were too expensive so I tried another groomer the other day, after being sourly disappointed, I am willing to pay their price if it means they can get the job right.
