The Film Buff
The Film Buff has locations in Leslieville and Roncevalles Village so they neatly bookend the downtown core. In addition to a searchable online index of its roughly 30,000 DVDs, and 1,500 Blu-rays, "The Buff" is known for an impressive collection of hardboiled film noire, as well as for its delicious assortment of soft, dairy-derived treats.

Great selection of films and TV shows for rental make this a happy place for me to go.
The ice cream they have is really awesome too.
We have been known to get a pie from Altitude and a movie and ice cream from Film Buff for the movie and sugar rush.
The people that work at Film Buff are also really friendly and add to the atmosphere.
