20080618-tov-li-north-exterior.jpgTOV-LI is popular amongst the Bathurst Jewish community, but also a victim of its popularity. Wait times are long, employees seem bewildered and in the end their $8 deluxe falafel sort of tasted like Pizza Pizza. Regardless, the array of toppings and quality of ingredients do justify their reputation.

Their kosher menu also includes pizza, calzones, pasta, salads, fish, veggie burgers, sandwiches, soup, and all day Israeli breakfast meals.

The deluxe is only about $6 - and worth every penny. It is a complete meal.

My favorite food in the city! Tov Li is usually VERY busy though.

Tov-Li is the best falafel. That I have ever enjoyed in Toronto. However I have not ever eaten at King David yet. I will have to give it a try.

Order a half-falafel sandwich and tell them to go easy on the pickled veggies.
