Went back to the counter. They took the bowl...completely ignored me when I complained...not even an apology!!!
I know they are doing brisk business but any sense of curtesy is completely foreign to them!!! Called there office...they hung up on me because they can't speak english!!! WTF!!!
When they first opened up their portion sizes were generous.
I just had lunch there today and spent almost $14 for 4 pieces of red curry beef, and maybe 4 tiny nuggets of fish and very little pad thai. I could've taken that $14 and spent it at Spring Rolls for all u can eat.
Mean while at their sister restaurant szechuan szechuan at the RBC food court, they are very generous with their food portions.
Today I was disgusted to find a Cockroach in my Basil Chicken. Unfortunately for me I had enjoyed half of the food at this point and am now feeling rather nauseous at the thought of it.
As this was not an advertised ingredient, I returned it to the restaurant!
They did return my money. I said that they may want to check the rest of the Basil chicken they had at the counter, however they had not removed the dish when I left. I hope that they did afterwards. Not what I had in mind for the New Year!
