Stout Irish Pub is one of the latest additions to Cabbagetown. On tap are plenty of microbrews including Cameron's, Canuck Pale Ale and Wellington, and the kitchen churns out pub favourites like burgers, fish and chips and shepherd's pie.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was very bland and not much under the bun - a single leaf of lettuce and a few spanish onion pieces, as well as an awkward, over cooked chicken. My boyfriend ordered a burger and said it was nothing special, he gave it a 'meh'. We each got one drink (beer for him and wine for me), which again were tasteless and boring - after one of our 3 waiters talked them up.
when the bill came, I was horrified. It cost almost $60 for an overwhelmingly bland meal. I expected it to be about $45. Not impressed with this place.
