Spring Villa Chinese Cuisine is a restaurant tucked away in an inconspicuous plaza close to Woodbine and Steeles. Despite its awkward location, tons of people flock here on weekends for the impeccable dim sum and early bird specials that are priced at $2.60/dish. The chefs here are known to make great quality food (both for dim sum and dinner banquet dishes) that is comparable to what you get at fancier restaurants, but at relatively more reasonable prices.

I took at least 30 mins to get seated( I guess if you're Chinese you get seated right away) and 25 more minutes for the food to arrive. Would not go there again. This place is horrible
