Sooriyan Restaurant is a Tamil take-out and catering joint in the heart of Scarborough. The place looks extremely basic, but they have a wide assortment of traditional favourites, such as the kothu roti, a delicious Sri Lankan dish made up of pieces of shredded roti and meat cooked together with strong spices, for under $7. They also have a stand offering prepackaged authentic Sri Lankan snacks for you to take home.
