Sfizio Pizzeria & Wine Bar is an Italian restaurant on a nondescript stretch of Bloor by Sherbourne station. It specializes in Neapolitan-style pies made with San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte cheese cooked in a crazy-hot wood-burning oven, and you can watch as the cook tosses the pizza dough in the air while you dine. House-made bread, pasta and other authentic Italian dishes are also on the menu, but the main attraction here is clearly the pizza.
