Rashnaa is a South Indian and Sri Lankan restaurant in Cabbagetown that makes a lot of good food, but nothing quite as popular its masala thosai (dosa). For a light lunch, the masala thosai is $5.95 with sambar and coconut chutney. During warm weather, it's nice to have the option to indulge in dosa on the restaurant's patio.
