Pizzaiolo's deep-dish pizza is some of the most satisfying in the city. Pies are doughy and crispy on top with a spicy bottom, toppings right out to the edges and golden crusts. Slices are a bit small and pricey, but it's worth it.

consistently great pizza, I prefer buying a slice when the pizza just got out of the oven. These guys are what Amato used to be before they got cheap with the ingredients. - cheers
Love the food, everything is good, especially the huge panzo's and sandwiches....The only thing is probably 3 out of the last 5 times I was there they ran out of chicken, or other ingredients...Since then haven't been back because of the inconsistent service or in stock position of ingredients and food on the menu...But when they have food in stock it's really good!
Don't be fooled by the description. It's not true deep dish Chicago style, just a lot of dough. Other than that, the rest of their pies/slices are good. Like most chains, the buzz and food is good when they open then it's all downhill from there.
