PizzaioloPizzaiolo's deep-dish pizza is some of the most satisfying in the city. Pies are doughy and crispy on top with a spicy bottom, toppings right out to the edges and golden crusts. Slices are a bit small and pricey, but it's worth it.

consistently great pizza, I prefer buying a slice when the pizza just got out of the oven. These guys are what Amato used to be before they got cheap with the ingredients. - cheers

Love the food, everything is good, especially the huge panzo's and sandwiches....The only thing is probably 3 out of the last 5 times I was there they ran out of chicken, or other ingredients...Since then haven't been back because of the inconsistent service or in stock position of ingredients and food on the menu...But when they have food in stock it's really good!

Don't be fooled by the description. It's not true deep dish Chicago style, just a lot of dough. Other than that, the rest of their pies/slices are good. Like most chains, the buzz and food is good when they open then it's all downhill from there.

I love Love Love there pizza'a from the Giani Ole, to the Bianca, to the God Father, there are over 10 different kinds to pick from, they have been opened from 1999 and they are opening locations almost every month all over the GTA, thats gotta say something.......YUMMY!!! I just found a location on Church St at Pride and it is FABLOUS!!!

Pizzaiolo pizza is very tasty but the people that run this location have NO idea about customer service.  They messed up big time on our order about 2 years ago - actually came to our house, took back a pizza with wrong ingredients, then came back about an hour later (2 hours since we ordered) with a pizza that obviously was the same one with ingredients scraped off!  They offer no $ compensation.  Didn't seem to matter that we ordered 2 xlarge pizza's every Friday for years.  

We finally decided to try them again tonight but got a wrong pizza again. We called and driver came back and took back the pizza (! Other shops would let you keep it) but didnt have a replacement (!!!)  Then the shop calls and says another pizza is on the way.  After a half an hour I call back and they say it is in the oven (!!!!).  I asked if there was going to be compensation, waited on hold a while and then was told the manager can offer 10% off my next order (!!!!!!!).   It's now been an hour and still no pizza.

I am vegan and requested a couple of slices of vegan pizza. They did not have any available and refused to make a fresh pizza as apparently 'no one orders vegan pizza.' They then mocked me, suggested I try the Pepperoni pizza and jeered me as I left the store. I complained to head office but go no reply.

WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE! It took 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. It was cold, overcooked and tough. I had to bargain with the driver to not pay full price and then.... THERE WAS A PIECE OF **** PLASTIC IN THE PIZZA! When I called to complain about the pizza they just said "are you ever going to order again?" since I said no, they had nothing else to say - seriously.
