Ooh Waffles is a waffle and ice cream joint in Bloor West Village that serves up Belgian waffles, waffles on a stick and something called twisted ice cream.

They also have something called liege waffles, which are more of a snack size compared to the regular Belgian ones. Imported sugar from Belgium is used to make these, and its high melting point creates the perfect texture - caramelized on the outside and melted and soft on the inside. The owner also plans to offer crepes, toasted sandwiches and panini.
