An amazing Italian restaurant, with delicious food, an extensive wine list and an intimate atmosphere. Chef Massimo uses only the finest ingredients for his food and it shows!

sure, nice spot, decor and everything, but just do not go or pass by the kitchen, where you will see your "maestro" food handling a bit of a surprise, nasty one for sure, cooks that cook with bare hands, sweat and saliva dripping down your precious,and costly dinners, sorry but this is the reality of eating out, you are at the mercy of restaurateurs that all they care is how much is in the tally, Mistura and his founder Massimo Capra and is bycicle moustaches, is just another "pretty face" on the block, to allure your purse......see for your self, $85,oo a person, gratuities extra, of course...........but of course, you, are the judge. Inside we felt like we are part of a magic show - mirrors, long white table cloths, high contrast spot lights, interesting glass structures with candles dancing as the air moved

The main dishes were not nearly as impressive as the desserts. Their Panna Cotta reminded me of my grandmother's desserts and that moist caramel Wanut Cake was the perfect balance between sweet and salty..

Karimorrow: what do you want a chef to cook with? A professional kitchen staff washes their hands when they go to handle food. When they go out to collect something from another area, like a freezer and they go back to prepare food,they wash their hands again. The only situation that warrants gloves being used is when handling poultry or such.
