I'm glad I ventured into this place - the menu is varied and definitely worth checking out if you're tired of the other local breakfast options. However, I think their espresso machine needs a serious cleaning/descaling.

Don't really understand the brevity of this review. And frankly it captures nothing of the place. The chef owner, Derrick Markland, is serving the best food in the area. A lovely, varied menu. Great brunches, lunch and dinner. He's terrifically talented. Our new favourite in the 'hood. Any q's, ask me on twitter @rhh

Lots of pics of my meals there at my site. And you can follow Derrick at @junctioneatery.

I agree with Rob's comment above. Delicious, healthy food in a great location at a great price. I had brunch here and will def return. The buttermilk biscuits are a must!

I work very close to the Junction so it's almost routine to pick up a burger on Wednesdays; it's only 8 bucks and very filling. Their staff has always been very friendly and the food quality is top-notch. Definitely a Junction area favourite!
