Jump is where you go when you're recruiting for Goldman Sachs and you want to woo the bright-eyed Analyst to join the firm and work for slave for two-years before he/she (a) leaves to join a Hedge Fund, (b) takes the physician-prescribed medical leave of absence or (c) quits to join a non profit and earn 1/15th their salary for, what they later realize, isn't necessarily 1/15th the work.
