Ici Bistro TorontoIci Bistro has finally opened at the corner of Harbord and Manning after the fiasco with Joe Pantalone. The menu is very French bistro which shouldn't come as a surprise with JP Challet at the helm. Recent sightings on the menu include lobster bisque, shrimp pomme frites and boeuf bourguignon.
