Hemispheres
Hemispheres boasts on its web site that it's for a happening crowd, at the centre of the universe which last time I checked was a bit far from the truth. Yes, the food here is inventive and well-executed; but it's location on Chestnut St. inside the Metropolitan Hotel means its mainly tourists and the expense account crowd filling up seats here.
