Hakka Masala
Hakka Masala is a Halal Hakka Chinese restaurant that is popular with the locals. Although the interior is sparse and a bit dated, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. They also have a large variety of lunch specials, some of which are priced below $6. Make sure you try their rich Manchurian Fish (with gravy, of course!) for a blast of flavours in your mouth. Bonus points for their rather quaint restaurant layout, which always reminded me of a re-purposed Pizza Hut store for some reason.
