Gourmet Burger Co. could have a philosophy that being an "old cow" is a good thing. It has four locations in Toronto with each serving burgers made from Canadian farm-raised beef that's been aged a for at least 30 days. Get a 6oz burger for less than 6 bucks, or a Mushroom melt burger with portobello mushrooms and brie cheese.
