Eight Wine Bar
At Eight Wine Bar, located inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel, you will find a selection of upscale dishes and a list of a few dozen wines that changes on a weekly basis. Nearly all wines are available by a 3 oz, 5 oz and 8 oz glass, to encourage sampling and exploration (though I must admit pricing can be entirely illogical: why would two wines be priced the same per bottle, a 3 oz. glass and an 8 oz. glass, yet differ in price per a 5 oz. glass?)
