The first time ever ventured into Café Crêpe, I'll admit, I was not thrilled.
I'd stopped in and ordered a lunch crêpe, sans-cheese, which turned out to be much too dry for my tastes. My girlfirend, on the other hand, who ordered up a bocconcini and tomato stuffed sandwich, thought it was the greatest thing since sliced baguettes and insisted that we go back.
Upon our return, we go in for dessert crêpes. JACKPOT.

There aren't enough superlatives out there to describe the joy of a rich nutella or dark chocolate filled crêpe, made fresh before your eyes, and then strewn with strawberries or bananas (both inside and out), before again drizzled in thick chocolate sauce and topped with whip cream.
...and that is just one menu item from a whole LIST of wonders.
From as simple as, perhaps, rum & sugar, to full out a la mode creations, Café Crêpe has something for everyone. And I say that quite honestly, as I am one of those few individuals born with a significantly weak sweet tooth (bring on the salt!) but even I can't help but indulge in their desserts.
Since that second time, I've been back time and again. Even when not having a bite, the classic noir decor makes sitting around with a coffee a much more enjoyable experience than the crowded and corporately-decorated Starbucks a couple doors down. Jackpot, again.

Excellent crepes! I like a variety of choices, quick and pleasant service - I strongly recommend for any crepes-lover!!!
