Cafe ShuCafe Shu offers healthy snacks, drinks and meals to Rosedale locals. Located on the second floor inside Totum, Cafe Shu has a short menu that features the likes of quinoa porridge, granola with fresh fruit and goat's milk yogurt, lettuce wraps and a daily soup and grain salad.

It's sooooo good! Especially for those who have allergies/sensitivities everything is labelled so you know what you're eating - such good quality and it's delicious!

IT is the BEST restaurant in TO. The food is SO Tasty! and something so unique that Toronto has been lacking :)

Smoothies are awesome! The food is fresh and very well made. Moroccon barely salad was incredible and I got a free coffee yesterday with my Movember stash!

The spicy chicken sandwich (aka Picante Mehicano) is the stuff dreams are made of.
Big flavour for only 7.50.
It easily trumps the more expensive or equally prices options in the area.
