Brazen Head is a two-story traditional Irish Pub in Liberty Village. There's plenty of room, big screen TVs and traditional Irish pub food.

I had big hopes for this place, but the food sucks. No taste, overcooked, you name it, this place has it. I like a busy bar as it adds to the vibe, but when they cheap out on staffing the bar and the waitresses have to work large areas, it's not appealing to go back.
My wife and I had brunch at Brazen. Great food but somewhat slow service. (I don't know why most restaurants in Toronto have at least one waiter or waitress that are really good at avoiding their tables either via eye contact or other evasive techniques.)
Hasn't this place only been open for a few months? Strange it's already one of Toronto's Best. I prefer a Pub with a bit of history to it.
Prospective patrons should note that this place does not hire male servers, only food runners (a position that receives a significantly lower tip out). It is essentially the Irish Pub version of Hooters.
Also, the food has consistently been sub par on all my visits.
I have not had a bad meal there yet. By far one of my Fav Pubs. But why did they take Moosehead off the taps???
It is hard to believe that the owners of this place are the same as Mill Street, Murphy's Law etc.
I understand that they offer pub fare but it had to be my second worst eating experience in Toronto.I was with a group of friends and each one of us had our apps delivered at different times.Asked the server for a glass of water and when it arrived it was a glass of water.....no ice no lime no lemon. One of my guests asked for ice water and once again a plain glass of water.
The bison burger (slidders ) must of been killed years ago , saw dust between two buns is a close discription.
If they think that this place is going to be their flag ship location they are way off.
This is another pet peeve of mine .....I am a big tipper (15 to 18%) but when there is NO INTERACT and you have to use one of their machines which costs me between 3 and 4 dollars.I will be taking that away from the server, your servers are the key individuals in your business.
When 4 out of 5 friends are disappointed with their meals, it says something about the place. I don't think I'd go back (to eat, anyhow).
We recently took our friends from England here. Their first comment when walking into this place:
"Isn't this an Irish pub? Then why are the waitresses wearing Scottish kilts?"
They need to replace their "seat yourself / please wait to be seated" stand at the entrance...it nearly took off one of my toes today as the sign isn't attached to the stand, it just hangs on it...nice welcome!!! I wonder where else they are cutting costs in this place...looks like all the money was spent on the construction.
