Bloor Jane Restaurant

Posted by Staff / Listed on May 3, 2010 / review policy

Bloor Jane RestaurantBloor Jane Restaurant is a shrine to all things Leafs. It's also a relic of Bloor West's long dry spell, when the strongest thing you could get on this side of Bloor was a cup of coffee. Bright and airy, the Bloor Jane features a hefty corned beef sandwich and shakes as thick as shag carpet.

REAL TORONTONIANS EAT HERE!! Obviously Kay is just visiting from Brampton and hasn't had a good breakfast in years! (or ever) Cheer up Kay, us Torontonian's love it and don't appreciate that kid of talk!

Hearty breakfast made the old fashion way, the way true Torontonians like it. Their steak breakfast with eggs over easy on toast and fried onions is my fav. Fast service and real food. Check it out, you'll be glad you did.

I remember when my father owned this Restaurant and it still looks the same, except for the sign which is a little different. it was over 40 years ago and the times were different, but what I hear the Restaurant is still the same. WOW. Memories. :)

Best Old Fashion Diner Food in West End Toronto. They had a raving review in the Toronto Star Food & Wine Section. Locals and visitors love this place because of the variety of meals that can be ordered, large portions, reasonable prices and great friendly and attentive service.

It is a favorite and definitely will be back again,
