The head waitress is a huge b. the management treats their staff like animals, but the food is good, cheap drinks.

Great place, always busy - love going there on Thursdays - always served by a lovely bespectacled waitress - fantastic service, great burgers, delicious apple crumble and wow, the music - even when not live - is a great mix of soul, jazz and funk.

The service largely depends on the server you get, and there are indeed good and bad servers there. The food is passable, but it's a bar, so what do you expect really. I believe this place is busy (in the summer anyway) mostly because it's the only bar on that stretch with a patio. Actually, it's one of the few bars, period.

Been here a few times. Always had good service. The pulled pork sandwich was ok (nothing to write home about), the chicken wings were crap, but the brunch was pretty good.

It appears the place to have a drink or two, that's about it. It could be more, but that would depend on both the owners and patrons.

Returned there this past Sunday and had the burger. Very good for basic. Once again, received a good welcome and conversation with other patron and staff.

There is one waitress here who is straight from hell. It was a while ago - all I remember is that she was blonde and evil.
But darn those crab cakes are delicious.

Fantastic - lady serving was so nice and attentive. There was live music and the gentleman playing was awesome, music went perfectly with brunch. A good mix of families and couples. Servings were large - had the eggs benedict and couldn't finish.
