Against the Grain
Against the Grain Urban Tavern is the new restaurant that just opened in the Corus building near Queens Quay and Jarvis. This relatively undiscovered Harbourfront spot has a killer patio, with fire pits and lounge seating; and the menu features plenty of snack food (shrimp tacos, vegetable tempura, mussels) as well as larger plates. They also have big wines by the glass, lots of beer on tap and $3 Caesars during weekend brunch.

Finally, they have really irritating music piped up from beneath the patio.
Perhaps just some growing pains that will soon be worked out. In the meantime maybe just order beer and hope for the best.
