650 Cafe Bistro opened this second location in Cabbagetown only a few months after its first spot debuted downtown at 650 Bay St. The "650" name carries over, but the offerings are a little different here: instead of prepared hot meals for lunch, this outpost serves up gourmet sandwiches and salads, as well as weekend brunch. Rest assured, fans of the original who find themselves on this stretch of Carlton St. - the format may be tweaked, but the flavours remain Mediterranean.
