Alleged G20 ringleaders remain free on bail

A judge has decided that two alleged G20 riot "ringleaders" can remain free on bail.

Alex Hundert and Leah Henderson were each released on $100,000 bail on July 19, but the Crown filed an appeal shortly thereafter, saying the justice of the peace made errors in his written decision.

Justice Todd Ducharme dismissed the application today and Hundert and Henderson remain free on bail, on condition that they not communicate with each other, remain under direct supervision of their sureties and live under house arrest.
