TTC service resumes in Toronto during the G20 Sunday

Following a day of G20 related violence in Toronto that caused all TTC service to be canceled south of Bloor, the TTC has announced that service will return to normal operations today. Here's a copy of the short press release:

The Toronto Transit Commission has announced that normal subway, streetcar and bus service will be in operation today. The subway will open at 9 a.m. across Toronto, including in the downtown core.

Streetcar and bus service has already begun operation. TTC will keep customers and media informed of any change to service throughout the day. Follow the TTC on Twitter: @TTCnotices, or subscribe to TTC e-alerts at ttc.ca.
