Imagine this! Two senior age women planning to celebrate a two-day birthday of differing ages; needing a change of scenery; hoping our choice of accommodations would be as pleasant as the advertisements by this hotel chain espoused! Guess what? Absolutely fantastic stay end of September 2012! Friendly, kind professional personnel; room clean, one amenity not working; a little problem with the flushing mechanism of toilet; reported to staff upon departure,2-night rate was reduced to a one-night rate. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn,Totten Pond Road, Waltham MA from Mae B. and Lin G.;the American Grille;its staff kind,organized; professional; great team, service, gave us a complimentary Happy Birthday slice of delicious cheesecake! 2nd to 5th floor best away from people commotion noises; also about 4 or 5 rooms either side of elevators makes 'lugging' a little less cumbersome!
