Summerhill Market
Located in the middle of a leafy high-end residential neighbourhood, Summerhill Market has been in business since 1954. Though slighly pricey (due to a ritzy area, lack of competetion nearby, and emphasis on gourmet fare), it is a fantastic family-run store. Summerhill Market carries a full array of grocery items, including many local foods such as Greg's Ice Cream and wild blueberries, hand-picked in Northern Ontario. The store also features a kitchen, run by a chef Chris Klugman, who previously worked at such high-end establishments as Delta Chelsea Hotel and the Rosewater Supper Club.
