Siam 1 Muay ThaiSiam No. 1 Muay Thai claims to be the first and largest Muay Thai school in Canada with its 11,000 square foot facility. Siam No. 1 offers a variety of different classes for various ages and skill levels, as well as personal training (and a women's boot camp, though only available at its Woodbridge location for now).

They have amazing trainers and they do train hard. However they are very understandnig of their students. I have injuries in both legs from long ago. They understand my challenges and help me work around them - change up a few things so that I am still able to train without sacrificing technique.
Passion and compassion. A great place to work out and have fun for people of all ages.
Also - their prices are the best ni the city.
