Core body science is a great pilates work out! The staff is very knowledgeable, I have gone for several weeks now and feel a huge difference in muscle tone. My new favourite workout!

After returning to reformer pilates classes after a 1.5 year break I am thrilled to have found Core Body Science. Great classes, great instructors and an overall fantastic experience. I especially love the structure where you are able to book different class times each week that suit your schedule. It is perfect for the busy working mother who can't commit to a single class time each week.

Kelly Dolson's Core Body Science is simply amazing. I went for pre and postnatal training while pregnant with twins and I am in the best shape ever! Personal training and Pilates reformer classes are equally rewarding. By far, my favourite workout of the week is at Core Body Science!

I have done Pilates for over 15 years since I injured my back after 2 c-sections ruined my stomach muscles. I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough to do justice to her talent, caring and professionalism. Kelly was an orthopaedic surgery nurse before opening the studio and was inspired to help patients BEFORE they needed surgery. I honestly feel that Kelly is looking at me from the inside - through my body into the muscles and bones - and that she is so aware and conscious of my particular needs without being patronizing or minimizing. Quite the contrary - she is empowering and encouraging, respectful and careful. Her trained eye knows that I need to move one direction to get the most from an exercise and she's able to communicate clearly and quickly what I need to do to better my use of the reformer to get the most out of my work out. I couldn't recommend her more highly to anyone, but especially if you have issues but don't want to give up on your body due to whatever limits you might have...Kelly can help you BEYOND these limits to reach your new full potential.

What differentiates Kelly from other Pilates Instructors and Personal Trainers outside of Core Body Science studio?
Kelly has 20+ years experience as a critical care/operating room nurse, she holds a Bachelor of Science in nutrition, and, she has 20+ years of fitness instruction! Not to mention that she lives, breaths and teaches her passion for a healthy lifestyle everyday!

That's why I chose Kelly for personal training and pilates sessions. She knows what she is talking about, she's passionate about it, and I've achieved great results from her motivation and instruction!

I highly recommend Kelly as a personal trainer, especially if you are new to fitness or have been out of it for a long time. She will make you feel welcome, won't pressure you and is very caring, motivating and highly educated!

Kelly's classes have changed my body - I can't believe how much stronger my core strength is. Always a challenging workout and Kelly really gears the exercises to the group, no matter what level in attendance. Always look forward to my Tuesday class.

I HATED WORKING OUT...before I met Kelly and started going to Core Body Science.
Since being introduced to the Pilates Reformer and Kelly's classes my life, and my body, has changed. I have been doing the classes for about a year now and have never seen such great results. I am most thankful for the fact that I enjoy working out now and have learned what I am capable of.

Kelly has transformed my body and my attitude about my body, health and balance. I really appreciate Kelly and her team's approach. She designed a program that was right for me, my age, my body type. She is passionate about what she does and it shows. I cannot speak highly enough about Kelly and her specialized team. If you want to feel and look better, there is no better place to go. Try it, you will appreciate it!
