Local YouTube Bride to be on Leno

Another day, another star is born on YouTube. This time it's aspiring local actress Jodi Behan (22). The six minute clip (directed?) by Ryerson film grad Ingrid Hass has become an online sensation. The pseudo fly-on-the-wall clip features Behn having a hysterical wedding day meltdown, drawn out to a painful, (seemingly) epic nightmare. Speculation mounted on whether she was for real or just another Lonelygirl15 wannabe, which, for better or worse, exemplifies the common attitude on YouTube these days. Nonetheless, it would only be a matter of time before Behan, like Lonelygirl15, makes an appearance on the Tonight Show. She along with her bridesmaids will be interviewed by Jay Leno tonight. And it looks like Norman Jewison might be watching too, since when asked about the clip he replied, "wouldn't you hire her as an actress? I sure would." Luckygirl15.

Update (Feb. 4, 07): Turns out Behan and her bridesmaids decided to skip the Tonight Show after the producers told them that only two of them would be allowed on the show. The ladies have been appearing on other popular shows, however, and their YouTube clip is one of the most viewed clips on YouTube as of late.
