How creative can you be with 60 seconds and a video-capable cell phone?

Alternative news aggregator Reading Toronto recently announced their cell phone short film contest.

Calling for one-minute "made in Toronto" submissions, Reading Toronto plans for a screenings festival in January.

I wonder if my 176x144 pixel piece of junk video phone has the technical guts to win me some glory? Can I talk my friends into acting in my short film? This could be heaps of fun!
