Film Festival Schedule Now Available

TIFF 2006 Schedule Released to the Public

The TIFF group released the full schedule for the 2006 Toronto International Film Festival today, so you can now start planning just what movies you're going to be able to go and watch. Every day is packed with excellent choices from the various programmes of the festival.

Matt will be outlining some of his picks for the festival in his next moviesTO podcast, and expect a post from me over the weekend outlining what films I strongly suggest for this year's TIFF.

Now get to work looking over those schedules!

I'm assembling my list of must-sees as promised, but I'll give you a sneak here: Kim Ki-Duk returns to the fest this year with "Time." His last film at TIFF, "3-Iron," was one of the best films I've ever seen at any TIFF, ever. I will be first in line to see his follow-up.

Ah, that was definitely on one of my lists. I'm still working on figuring out my schedule, but I had already shortlisted Time.
