Shizen SpaShizen Spa, the original location, sits within the Cosmopolitan Hotel, but there are also Shizen locations within the Pantages Hotel, as well as at Horseshoe Resort. Private suites for couples' massages are luxurious.

I found the massage bed to be really uncomfortable. The hot tub in the middle of the common is a little odd, the two times I went there I never saw anyone use it.

being the best hotel in toronto where stars stay in this hotel. the spa has horrible services. the massage beds look cheap, the body treatments are not even shown and smells like walmart cheap products. I happenened to open a cabinette and there was a coconut scrub from walmart. are you kidding me? and baby oil??? WHO RUNS THIS PLACE??
